HAHA I bet the title's gonna get all them dirty germans to this blog! Check out this video from Scrubs where Elliot (who apparently speaks fluent german!) tells dr. Cox that "Ihre Frau hat einen schönen Busen" means "you have fluid in your lungs". It doesn't. Scrubs is THE best show ever!
